GEAR: Craftsman Figure Eight wrench

|  November 27, 2012 |

There are always those jobs that require several different wrenches. Even the menial ones can prove annoying with all the picking up and putting down. Craftsman has a pretty slick solution though with its $20 Figure Eight wrench. Available in both inch and metric models, each wrench has four fastner sizes on each end for support of eight common sizes. The inch model fits 1/4, 5/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, and 3/4-inch sizes while the metric model fits 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 13mm, 15mm, 17mm and 18mm. Both models fit 6pt, 12 pt, 4 pt, spline, external torx, and partially rounded hex fasteners.

Gear is a new feature on that collects the stuff you might find useful or cool at the jobsite, at home, or both.
