Four executive staff members added to Louisiana DOTD

Louisiana-SignThe Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LDOTD) has added four executive staff members under the direction of new department Secretary Shawn Wilson’s direction.

  • Myles Brumfield has been named Confidential Assistant to the Secretary, after previously serving as Special Assistant to Gov. John Bel Edwards.
  • Chance McNeely will serve as Assistant to the Secretary for Policy. McNeely most recently served as an assistant secretary at the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and has worked as a policy advisor in the governor’s office as a liaison to the LDOTD and other state agencies.
  • Barry Keeling has been named Undersecretary following serving as Director of the Joint Staff for the Louisiana National Guard.
  • Joshual Hollins will serve as Legislative Liaison and recently held the position of Community and Legislative Liaison at the Office of the Louisiana Attorney General.

“We have a lot to accomplish as we work to improve the Louisiana’s infrastructure,” Wilson says of the appointments. “Each member of the team brings unique experiences and talents. Myles, Chance, Barry and Joshua are well-suited for their roles and will be valuable assets to our team as we address our state’s transportation needs.”
