Exhibit space available for World of Asphalt 2009 and AGG1 2009 shows

Exhibit space sales are open for the co-located World of Asphalt 2009 and 2009 AGG 1 expositions, with expanded opportunities for buyer-seller interaction on the show floor.

The World of Asphalt Show and Conference and AGG 1 Aggregates Forum & Expo will be held March 9-12, 2009 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The co-located shows will be the gathering place in 2009 for the aggregates, asphalt, pavement maintenance and traffic safety industries.

More than 6,000 industry professionals from companies large to small are expected to attend the combined events, and some 400 exhibitors are expected to take 90,000 net square feet of exhibit space. Extensive educational programming designed to meet industry needs will also complement the exhibits.

Several product-focused exhibit pavilions will be featured at the co-located shows allowing attendees and exhibitors to connect and discuss specific operational functions.

The deadline to be included in the first round of exhibit space assignments is August 1, 2008. After that date, exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Exhibit space rates include a “package plan” of exhibit-related services to help companies maximize their trade show investment. Show management also provides a “exhibitor marketing kit” of print and electronic tools to help companies promote their show participation, as well as online listings in the show’s “virtual trade show” and complimentary access to pre- and post-show attendee lists.

A New Product & Technology Program open to both World of Asphalt and AGG 1 2009 2009 exhibitors will be another way for attendees to quickly find new and innovative products and services on the show floor.

Exhibitors can take advantage of a variety of show sponsorship and other marketing opportunities to extend their brand awareness, including customized programs such as sponsorship of lunch for show attendees. Participants receive pre-show and onsite recognition, including special show website and show directory mention.
