Sandbag Attachments
The SandMaster is an attachment for a skidsteer, backhoe or an excavator. It quickly fills, transports, securely closes, and places sandbags. Its primary function is to facilitate flood prevention efforts and emergency response. This is a fast and efficient tool that can run circles around hand labor all day long and never tires. It saves time and money and is able to pay for itself quickly.
The SandMaster20 for skidsteers produces 20 bags per cycle or 4800 bags in an 8 hour day. The SandMaster26 & 26e for backhoes and excavators, produce 26 bags per cycle and 6250 bags in an 8 hour day.
The attachments work equally well with other materials such as rocky soil, gravel and nursery and agricultural products. While the bags must be made to specifications, both polypropylene and biodegradable burlap bags work well with this attachment.
Advantages of this recently patented attachment are many. It has very few moving parts which is critical for machines working in wet and sandy environments. It is mobile; it can create a vast stockpile in the local yard or can easily be transported and produce sandbags at the site of the flood. It can place the bags at the area of need.
The SandMaster attachments are superior to the competition for a variety of reasons. Many competing products are stationary and cannot be transported to the area of need. Other mobile attachments cannot produce as many bags per day, do not firmly close the bags and are unable to transport the bags. Another unique feature that sets the SandMaster attachments apart is that they can place the filled sandbags directly into the bed of a pickup truck.
