ECO-CRUSHER® has recently expanded its product line to include crushing, screening and recycling attachments for skid-steers all the way up to 120,000-pound excavators. Production outputs for the ECO-CRUSHER lines now range from 10 tons per hour to an impressive 200+ TPH. One new rotary bucket has a 2 1/3 yard capacity and can process material at a rate of 135 TPH.  For all of our customers who have to handle debris of any kind, the ECO-CRUSHER family of products recoups a lot of their costs by recycling right on-site. From the hardest of rock, to asphalt, concrete with re-bar, sand dirt, and trash piles – the portability of an attachment makes it best suited for the smaller volumes of debris and aggregate that our customers deal with on a daily basis.

“The reclaiming steel out of concrete has been a really nice plus that customers have given us positive feedback on,” said VP, Larry Giberson.  In addition, a crusher attachment does not face the same permit/approval hassles that are often encountered with larger processing plants.  And with legislative trends, recycling on-site is the future that is here now.  Mr. Giberson goes on to say, “Our products fill a niche that the market is starting to not only recognize, but accept and capitalize on. These products have a very favorable cost-per-ton to produce finished product (commodity), which is why they are the best solution for many customer’s jobs.”

As fuel costs start to rise again, the industry has turned its eyes to the portable, on-site recycling to minimize the fuel crunch that hurts cash and the bottom line. Larry Giberson continues, “We’ve been the market leader of bucket crushers since 2005 and are excited to unveil the complete product line that will keep us atop the market.”

Visit us at ConExpo this year (Booth# H-30302). On display will be the ECO-CRUSHER buckets, the ECO-SCREENER screening buckets, ECO-CRUNCHER pulverizers & sheers, the ECO-Mini bucket, processors, and separators.
