Designed for maximum safety, the patented Wedgelock I-LockTM Coupler automatically secures the attachment to the coupler the moment the front jaw comes into contact with the front attachment pin.  This “instant connection” eliminates the risk of losing control of the bucket or attachment during the latching operation. Operators have full independent control when changing attachments. By releasing the primary wedge first, then placing the attachment in a safe position to disconnect it, the operator can then release the Safety Knuckle. A time-out feature on the electronic switch ensures that even if the operator does not release the attachment in the time allowed, the Safety Knuckle will automatically re-engage to the safe position.  I-LockTM  Couplers are available in manual or hydraulic versions and range in capacity from 2  to 120 tons.
