Stone Construction Equipment, Inc. has designed a mechanical delivery system for placing grout and/or mortar on any commercial or industrial jobsite. The new Groutzillaä Placement System makes placing grout in blocks, walls, forms and foundations, simple, easy and efficient.
Reinforcing load-bearing walls with
grout or mortar is growing more common, and in many states, required for commercial or industrial construction. The mechanical Groutzilla Placement System eliminates the time consuming and labor-intensive “bucket” method. And is an ideal, reliable low cost alternative to expensive grout pumps. Ideal for applications with more than 5,000 blocks, the Groutzilla System easily pays for itself in one 60,000-block installation.
Working in concert with a telehandler or large forklift, the Groutzilla System handles almost any slump, easily filling multiple courses of block spanning 20 ft. or more in a matter of minutes. Handling 20 cu. ft. of material, the Groutzilla System performs the work of larger grout pumps at a fraction of the cost.
The Groutzilla System has been designed to be very productive, virtually eliminating wasted material remaining in the hopper. It also has been designed to be very operator-friendly and easy-to-clean. The system can be cleaned in a matter of minutes without the use of tools or the need to disassemble the unit.
