Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin – Wacker Neuson is launching a new line of diamond blades which supports longer life and improved cutting performance at a competitive price.  The new diamond blades are available in two quality classes, Pro Performance and High Performance and are available for any cutting surface.

The new diamond blades have been designed and tested for hand held cut-off saw and floor saw applications.  Hand held cut-off saws are offered in 12”, 14” and 16” blade diameters for concrete, asphalt and general purpose cutting.  Floor saw blade diameters include 14”, 16”, 18” and 20” for asphalt and concrete cutting.

Wacker Neuson has combined quality diamonds, proven bonding materials with the use of computerized laser welders for attaching the segments to the high carbon core for a unique blade offering.

Performance classes are based on a simple star rating system:

**** Four stars designate the Pro Performance class which offer extreme performance with .47 inch (12 mm) segment height and offer the longest life. They are recommended for daily use in high performance machines.

*** Three star diamond blades offer High Performance cutting with .38 inch (10 mm) segment height, long service life and are designed for the frequent user.

Wacker Neuson’s new diamond blades are color coded for different applications:

Red = Concrete; Gray = Asphalt; Purple = Universal; Green = green concrete.  Each blade is clearly labeled with the quality, application and type of saw it is designed for.  This system takes much of the guess work out of determining which blade to choose.  Whether the application calls for cutting hard cured concrete, abrasive asphalt or general purpose cutting, Wacker Neuson’s blades offer quality cutting and long life.
