RexCon is pleased to offer a new design with the Mobile 12 SE.  The Mobile 12SE is now available with a 12 cubic yard accumulative style batcher with a 66 Ton – four compartment aggregate bin with fold up sides.

The Mobile 12 SE is a “jobsite” portable batch plant which can be physically erected in 20 minutes without a crane.  The back of the batch plant can be hydraulically raised to quickly release the running gear.  Once sitting on the ground, the cement section is hydraulically raised to a charging height of 14’ for loading front or rear discharge mixer trucks.

No concrete slabs or steel plating required when setting up, as the Mobile 12SE lower frame runs the entire length of the batch plant and sits flatly on the ground.

The accumulative batcher provides even greater flexibility for the Mobile 12SE.  Instead of the 66 Ton aggregate bin, a 135 Ton – three compartment portable AGG bin can be mounted over the top of the batcher for greater material storage. This AGG bin is reversible which allows material handling conveyors to be accessed from either side or the back of the batch plant.

Two 150 barrel cement storage bins with 12 inch diameter screws and 40 HP drives feed a gravity 12 cubic  yard cement batcher.  The Mobile 12SE comes standard with a 36 inch batch belt, and a 20 HP air compressor.

The Mobile 12SE also has decumulative style batchers available which provides a low profile for ramping with a front end loader.  The Mobile 12 SE(CM) features a portable 12 cubic yard tilt drum for central mix and paving applications.
