The Cat 550 wheel harvester for extreme forestry conditions has a 197-horsepower engine, 47,040-pound operating weight and 27- to 33-foot boom length. The leveling system includes two-cylinder tilt mechanism, 17-degrees forward tilt, 3-degrees rear tilt, auto leveling, 15-degrees side tilt (each way) and taper lock pins. The machine’s hydraulics includes electric refill pump, 100-gallon hydraulic tank, 140-cc implement pump and optional warm-up system.
