Lanyard-training-FB-MM-300x288Trico Lift joined other aerial work platform companies, manufacturers and industry associations to create a national aerial work platform fall protection guide. The group was organized by The American Rental Association (ARA) and also includes the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), the Associated Equipment Distributors (AED), the International Powered Access Federation, and the Scaffold Industry Association. Statement of Best Practices of Personal Fall Protection Systems for Aerial Work Platform Equipment’s recommendations were based on the requirements documented by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which govern aerial work platform safety.
