Weighing 51,216 lbs (23,213 kg), the XL 5300 III introduced by Gradall Industries is the largest model in the Gradall collection of excavators with wheeled undercarriages designed for high productivity jobs on every terrain. The XL 5300 III, with the new yellow Gradall color scheme, has a maximum reach of 33 feet, 10 inches (10.3 m) at grade and a maximum dig depth of 24 feet, 7 inches (7.5 m). Its rated bucket breakout force is 25,405 lbs. (113 kN) and the rated boom force is 24,941 lbs (111 kN). Sure-footed both on and off pavement, the rubber tire undercarriage will not damage concrete or asphalt surfaces while providing an exceptionally stable work platform. In fact, the XL 5300 III can work at the front, rear or either side of the undercarriage without the need to lower its optional outriggers or optional grading blade for extra stability.
