The UML/SSL skid steer mulcher from FAE USA is available in a “Super” model outfitted with a variable displacement hydraulic motor for increased productivity in heavier working conditions. This allows for an automatic increase in torque to the mulcher drum while moving from light to heavy material without effort from the operator. FAE USA also utilizes this motor technology in its larger mulcher attachments for prime movers.
