Ditch Witch 100sx Vibratory Plow
March 27, 2008

The Ditch Witch 100sx vibratory plow is a good choice for direct burial of small-diameter cable and pipe. The model is easily identified by its streamlined appearance. In addition to styling, recent significant changes include an improved ground drive system, strengthened plow blade mount, and larger 18×11 turf tires to minimize disturbance to landscaped surfaces. Extended handlebars make the model easier to maneuver. One lever controls travel speed, and all controls are accessible from the operation’s position at the handlebars. Hydrostatic ground drive is infinitely variable to 92 feet per minute. The compact unit is only 35 inches wide, allowing access to areas where larger equipment can’t be used. Powered by an 11-horsepower air-cooled gasoline engine, the 100sx’s rugged plow component can install cable to 1 inch in diameter and pipe in diameters to 3/4 inch. Maximum cover depth is 12 inches. The plow blade can be quickly adjusted to provide cover depths of 6, 8, and 10 inches. Both feed and pull blades are available. The unit can be moved around jobsites without removing the plow blade.
