Company: Ditch Witch

The Ditch Witch offers the 2150GR ground-penetrating radar unit that can detect both metallic and non-metallic pipes and cables to depths of up to 19 feet (6 m), depending on soil conditions and antenna selection. The Ditch Witch 2150GR features 5.5 mph (9 km/h) survey speed and digitally controlled radar for faster, cleaner images. The rugged, wheel-based unit is easy to transport”it folds to fit in a standard car trunk and offers a choice of two antennae for shallow or deep surveys. Municipalities, subsurface utility engineers, school systems, and utility companies with significant infrastructure will be the primary users of the 2150GR. Whether you’re pushing it across a road or pulling it up the side of a ditch, the 2150GR will give you a good survey on any surface. The unit has two wheels instead of four, so the antenna touches the ground, improving the strength of the signal and resulting in cleaner, more accurate surveys.
