Caterpillar’s ditch cleaning buckets have been designed to provide trenching, slope-cutting, grading and finishing work. The buckets have tapered bucket sidewalls for dumping sticky materials. The 226-1129 model has a 48-inch bite width, 0.44-cubic foot capacity and 535-pound weight. The 212-8738 model has a 48-inch bite width, 13-cubic foot capacity and 453-pound weight.
