Company: Bernard Welds
Bernard Weld’s series of Centerfire gas diffusers, contact tips and nozzles bring performance and reduced downtime to most MIG welding applications. Centerfire contact tips Drop-In the gas diffuser and are locked in place by tightening the nozzle. These Drop-In contact tips are threadless and do not require tools to change, are quicker to replace after burn back and, when coupled with the correct nozzle, maintain a fixed. Their large diameter tip bases and tapered seats increase electrical conductivity and heat transfer. Hand-tightened Centerfire series nozzles come with built in spatter shields that protect the gas diffusers and facilitate smoother, less turbulent gas flow. The solid, concentric relationship between Centerfire contact tips and nozzles keep the tips centered and fixed at desired recess even after hard use or abuse.
