Case Construction Equipment offers the Case CX135 and CX225 minimum swing radius excavators that have been upgraded to Tier 3 certification, delivering improved fuel economy and productivity on the jobsite. Featuring Tier 3-certified Isuzu engines that deliver 95 and 153 net hp (70.9 and 114.4 kW), the CX135 and CX225 excel at digging and lifting in the tightest work areas, from cramped downtown construction sites to work zones along busy highways. With operating weights of 29,631 and 53,223 pounds (13,440 and 24,141 kg), these machines combine the power of full-size excavators with the flexibility of compacts. The CX135 and CX225 feature a compact counterweight and boom placement that minimizes the work envelope, resulting in highly productive and maneuverable machines that are ideal for road and bridge work, residential projects and urban construction.
