The Case Construction Equipment 521D wheel loader has a 110-horsepower engine, 2.25-cubic-yard bucket capacity, 12,113-pound lift capacity at full height and a 21,603-pound operating weight. The cooling system is located between the engine and cab, and the engine is seated behind the rear axle. The Auto Power feature on the 721D electronically controlled engine automatically matches the horsepower to the job. The wheel loader also has automatic return-to-dig, return-to-travel and bucket-height control features. The hydraulically driven fan runs independently of the engine.
