Dutch equipment brand Giant will make its entrance to the North American market with the debut of compact equipment lineup at the GIE+ Expo in Louisville later this month.

The manufacturer will operate as Tobroco-Giant USA and will be headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa. The company will offer a machine lineup of 11 models including compact wheel loaders, mini skid steers (compact utility loaders), telescopic loaders and telehandlers.

Tobroco-Giant says it is willing to work with industries on customizing machines for applications that demand modifications. For instance, the company says it has worked with tree care customers to develop a special version of its D254SW wheel loader.

Here’s a quick look at a few of the machines the company will have on display at GIE+ Expo.

This wheeled compact utility loader is powered by a 25 horsepower Kubota engine and is equipped with four hydraulic wheel motors. It weighs in at 1,780 pounds.

Tobroco-Giant will also feature its D254SW, D263SW X-TRA and the V452T X-TRA HD (pictured at the top of this article) wheel loaders.

The D254SW is powered by a 25-hp Kubota engine and weighs in at 2,420 pounds with a max tipping load of 2,400 pounds. The two X-TRA models, the company says, feature a lower front frame and give the load a lower center of gravity in comparison to the machine, thereby increasing tipping load. The D263SW X-TRA is powered by a 26-hp engine while the V452T X-TRA HD is powered by a 45-hp engine and has a tipping load of 4,950 pounds.

V6004T telehandler

Powered by a 60-horsepower engine, this telehandler features hydrostatic four-wheel drive and 14-ton axles with planetary end drive. It has a top speed of 17.5 miles per hour and can reach lift heights up to 14 feet.
