Dig This combines companies, Olympians for team building

Recreational heavy equipment dirt-moving compound Dig This [1]created a new corporate team-building curriculum that combines companies and Olympians. The Olympian Big Dig designs concepts and uses interactive activities with full-size Caterpillar excavators, bulldozers and skid steers to achieve team-building goals of businesses large and small.

The Olympian Big Dig allows clients to venture to the Steamboat Springs, Colorado, facility to test their skills against, or join forces with, a group of past and present Steamboat Winter Olympians, including 2010 Vancouver Olympics silver medalists and world champions Johnny Spillane and Todd Lodwick.

Through the program, client groups may engage one or more Steamboat Winter Olympians on their team or challenge themselves versus an entire team of Olympians. The athletes may also take on roles as facilitators or motivational speakers.

A portion of the proceeds from the program will be donated to the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club [2] to help young athletes pursue activities in alpine, cross-country, freestyle, jumping/nordic combined, telemark and snowboard.
