Following two weeks of increased costs, on-highway diesel fuel prices decreased in most regions of the United States this week, our sister site, Aggregates Manager reported [3].

Only two regions experienced increases. Diesel costs in the Central Atlantic region inched $0.003 per gallon, while diesel prices in the Rocky Mountain region jumped $0.015 per gallon.

California experienced the sharpest decline, with diesel costs dropping $0.028 per gallon since last week [4] and $0.184 per gallon compared to a year ago.

National diesel costs are continuing to decline. On-highway diesel prices in the U.S. are $0.010 per gallon less than a week ago and have decreased $0.017 per gallon year-over-year.

For more information, including a chart displaying weekly and yearly changes per region, check out the full diesel fuel report at AggMan.com [3].
