Corn-based ethanol–bad for consumers, environment

The Wall Street Journal has the numbers ^[1]. Ironically, these negative conclusions come from the government itself, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Congressional Budget Office, yet the Obama administration has a big push on to increase ethanol blends in gasoline from 10 percent to 15 percent.
