Lombardo Management General Contractors will hold its annual disaster contractor selection meeting at 3 p.m., July 30, at its Marietta, Georgia, corporate offices. The company says it’s looking for  “at least 800 crew members and more than 100 estimators” to work this hurricane season.

LMGC, which specializes in emergency environmental and government contracting, will use the meeting to accept pre-storm commitments for 250 disaster and tree crews wishing to work as prime contractors for LMGC. “If you would like priority crew positioning with us for this storm season, it’s important that you call us to discuss your capabilities, resources and equipment,” says an LMGC press release.

According to the company, the July 30 meeting will give contractors the opportunity to meet LMGC production managers, branch managers and senior contracting officers. “We will be using this opportunity to accept commitments for guaranteed crew placement for the next storm; your attendance will help insure placement based on your potential,” says the company.

LMGC asks attendees to bring a list of equipment, crew resources, insurance and other supporting documentation. The company asks those interested to contact Tier 1 Production Coordinators Gig Drewery or Randy Hobgood at 800-936-2010 or [email protected]
