Construction worker killed in Alabama work zone crash

road-work-ahead-Better-RoadsA construction worker in southwest Alabama was killed Friday morning in a work zone crash.

According to a report from the Associated Press, 25-year-old worker Marshall James Walton was killed when a pickup truck crashed into the trailer he was working on south of Citronelle near Mobile.

Alabama Law Enforcement Agency officials did not give details on the project Walton was working on.

The driver did not flee the scene but officials are continuing to investigate the accident.
