Forklift-TruckEarlier this week, a construction worker at a jobsite in the Queens borough of New York City was killed when a forklift fell on his chest.

According to a report from the Associated Press, 54-year-old Min Baz Sik was found unconscious around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. It wasn’t clear how the accident happened, and Sik was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

This is the second construction death so far this month caused by a forklift. Just last week, a 22-year-old worker was killed while attempting to push a forklift up a ramp when it rolled back and crushed him.
