Commercial Web Services (CWS), a division of Dominion Enterprises, has launched an enhanced version of its current mobile offering for dealerships. MobilePLUS has been created to give dealers more control over their brands’ representation on the mobile web.
When is the last time you went 15 minutes without looking at your phone? Your customers are
doing the same thing, and they’ll be doing it more often in the future. According to a survey Google commissioned, 79 percent of smartphone owners use their phones for shopping; 70 percent use their smartphones while in a store; 77 percent have used their smartphones to contact a business1; 74 percent of smartphone shoppers have made a purchase as a result of using their smartphones while shopping; and 88 percent of those who look for local information on their smartphones follow up within a day2.
According to industry experts, this is just the beginning of mobile’s rapid growth.

both online and offline. With MobilePLUS, consumers searching for your business on their smartphones will be able to quickly access your dealership’s website, easily find and read the information they need, simply click to call, and much more.
“As businesses increasingly rely on mobile technologies to conduct business, it’s important for our dealers to be active in the mobile space by providing mobile-appropriate content that not only works with mobile devices but accurately reflects the dealership’s brand,” Jaime Lyle, business development manager for Commercial Web Services, said in a press release.
