Gasparri, who currently serves as general manager, will replace James McCullough as president of the company on April 1, when McCullough retires.
Gasparri has served as general manager of CNH International since September 2010 and was responsible for CNH’s agricultural and construction brands in Africa, the Middle East, CIS, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, with a special focus on China, Turkey, India and Japan. He has held positions in several Fiat companies for the past 24 years, including the positions of managing director of New Holland India and the Asia Pacific markets and vice president of Agricultural Equipment Commercial Operations in CNH International.
Franco Fusignani, CEO of CNH International SA, will assume his position as general manager April 1, at which time he will also continue to serve as president and CEO of New Holland Agricultural Equipment.
