Chrysler has announced a large recall on a range of Ram heavy duty pickup trucks due to a potential fire hazard.

The problem affects 381,876 2010-2014 model year Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups as well as 4500 and 5500 chassis cabs equipped with Cummins diesel engines. Ram says a fuel heater housing could overheat and cause fuel to leak in the trucks.

Chrysler said 314,704 of the affected Ram trucks are in the U.S.

The automaker said it is not aware of any accidents or deaths caused by the issue.
