SF-2700-Bulgaria-225Our most popular machine, the Power Paver SF 2700 is a two-track slipform paver designed to pave between 12’ (3.65m) and 27’ (8.23) wide.  The 2700 is ideal for residential streets, street rehabilitation, and overlay work.  Contractors love the machine’s low profile and narrow side clearance (22”) which simplifies rehab work on cramped city streets.

The machine was designed around production and simplicity.  The operator has an excellent view of all functions around the machine and its’ low center of gravity makes it easy to transport.  Equipped with reliable hydraulic sensors, easy to mount vibrators, and without bulky sideforms, operators can focus their time paving rather than setting up.

In addition to standard road jobs, the SF 2700 can pave up to 32’ (9.75m) wide with extensions. With a paving depth of up to 16” (40.6cm) it can be used in airport work.

Standard features include a reversible auger system, split tamper bar, and hydraulic strike-off for metering concrete.  Optional equipment includes keyway inserters, bar inserters, integral curb molds, and belt finisher.

                                    SF 3000

The Power Paver SF-3000 is our heavy duty, high production slipform paver for use on streets, highways, and airports.  At 65,000 lbs. (29,400kg) the SF-3000 has the weight and stability to handle large jobs at high production rates up to 20” (50cm) thick.

Hydraulic loading legs which extend to allow for easy loading and transport, coupled with the ability to change widths quickly, make the SF-3000 extra-productive.  Like its’ little brother the SF-2700, the SF-3000 is simple to set-up and operate and has hydraulic sensors which keep you paving rather than troubleshooting electronics.

The SF-3000 also features side forms which hydraulically widen 3”(7.6cm) and raise 3” (7.6cm) allowing the operator to back over the previous day’s pour and to start paving right off the header, eliminating gaps and blow-out and resulting in less hand work.  This side form design also creates crisp, sharp pavement edges.  The 18”(45.7cm) diameter auger is powered to spread large amounts of concrete entering the paving chamber.

Standard features on the SF-3000 allow for paving from 12’(3.65m) to 27’(8.23m) wide, with optional extensions to 32’(9.75m) wide.  Other options on the SF-3000 include keyway inserters, bar inserters, one-speed track motors and a belt finisher.

                                                            TC-2700

You’ve paved a beautiful new section of road.  Now, all it needs are the finishing touches of texturing the concrete and applying a curing compound.  The TC-2700 allows you to follow closely behind your slipform paver texturing the surface longitudinally and spraying curing compound in one pass, saving you from expensive hand labor and bulky work bridges.

The simple design of this wo-track machine makes it easy to keep up with the slipform paver and requires only a single operator.  Equipped with a shielded spray bar and no-drip stainless steel nozzles the TC-2700 provides an even coverage.

Optional equipment for the TC-2700 include four-wheel drive foam-filled rubber tires or polyurethane track pads.  Transverse texturing, burlag drag with hydraulic lift and pressure washer add flexibility to the machine’s offering.

                                                PS-2700

When dowel baskets don’t allow you to place concrete directly in front of your slipform paver, the PS-2700 is the ideal placer/spreader for your job.  This unique two-track design is equipped with a belt placer that runs through the tracks delivering concrete directly to the spread auger.  The PS-2700’s hydraulic strike-off allows the operator to control the amount of concrete entering the paver that follows.

Built on the tractor unit of the SF-2700, the PS-2700 has a simple, clean design that operators favor.  Our customers love the machine’s ability to place and spread with the productivity of a larger machine, yet with the belt design, the machine is able to transport with only one lowboy trailer.  With hydraulic loading legs standard, the machine transports without disassembly and without use of a crane.

The PS-2700 can place concrete at widths of up to 32”(9.75) and depths of 14”(35.5cm).  Optional features include auto-reverse steering, one-speed track motors, and polyurethane tracks.

                                                            PS-3000

When you’re dealing with large amounts of concrete on an airport pour the PS-3000 is the placer/spreader to handle your work.  The key to this high production, two-track placer/spreader is its’ high volume 60”(152cm) wide conveyor belt.  With a belt speed of 414 fpm (126mpm) the PS-3000 delivers large amounts of concrete to the slipform paver quickly.  Further increasing its’ production is its’ hinged belt which folds in less than 7 seconds, allowing for quick replacement of the concrete trucks.   To aid in paving at runway depths, the belt is mounted on the front of the machine, allowing it to discharge the concrete from a high elevation.

Designed with jobsite flexibility in mind, the steering controls can be mounted on either the left or right-hand side of the machine.  The PS-3000 is also equipped with 42”(106cm) hydraulically lifting legs allowing for a lowboy trailer to back beneath the machine for loading.

The PS-3000 allows for optional auto-reverse steering, one-speed track motors, and polyurethane pads.

                                                            FP-2700/FP 3000

A close relative to our slipform pavers, the Power Paver FP-2700 and FP-3000 form pavers can be used in a variety of applications.  Our form pavers, with only 12” of side clearance required, are most frequently seen in congested commercial parking lots where slipform machines simply won’t fit.  Powered using a unique cable and winch design, the SF 2700 and SF 3000 pave up to 27’(8.23m) and 29’(8.84m) wide, respectively.  Because they ride on metal forms, form pavers are ideal in many airport paving projects where concrete pavement depths make slipforming difficult.  The forms contain the concrete until it is dry allowing the runway to maintain crisp edges that slipform machines paving at great depths, cannot maintain.

Though smaller than traditional slipform pavers, the form paver uses both a spreader auger and vibrators, producing a structurally strong pavement.  Equipped with tires that easily flip into transport position, the form paver can be pulled behind a truck, reducing downtime between paving and transport.  Due to the use of forms, the concrete mix design is not as critical as with a slipform paver.  Concrete with slump of up to 3”(7.5cm) can be used.
