I used to enjoy going to the True Value store in Valley Junction (Des Moines), Iowa because they had just about all the small stuff a contractor could need. Now Case Construction Equipment has announced a supplier agreement with True Value enabling the retailer to purchase its compact construction equipment for rental. The deal gives Case, and contractors who need a machine in a hurry, a potential 1,000 retail outlets.
