Case ProCare ties telematics, scheduled maintenance together in one comprehensive coverage plan

Updated May 3, 2013

Case ProCareCase Construction Equipment has announced a new factory support program called ProCare that the company calls the industry’s “most comprehensive” heavy machinery coverage available.

ProCare will come standard on all Case machines built with the company’s SiteWatch telematics service. The coverage includes a three-year Advanced subscription to SiteWatch, a three-year/3,000-hour full-machine factory warranty and a three-year/3,000-hour planned maintenance contract.

Case says the maintenance contract ensures that a Case technician is servicing machines at “all the right times.” The combination of the warranty and the maintenance schedule with the SiteWatch telematics, which offers remote monitoring and constant tracking of maintenance data, is why Case feels so strongly about just how comprehensive this plan is.

Brad Stemper, Case’s solutions marketing manager says ProCare allows owners to do a better job of budgeting operating expenses over three years since warranty items and scheduled maintenance costs are covered.

“ProCare gives CASE customers peace of mind so they can focus on their business,” Stemper says.

Case says ProCare coverage will be rolling out in phases as soon as factory-fit telematics is introduced on each of CASE’s heavy product lines, including F Series wheel loaders, C Series excavators, and B Series motor graders. Crawler dozers will be included later this year.

You can talk to your Case dealer for more information and when ProCare will be available for a specific model.
