Baldor hits the road with portable power

|  March 03, 2004 |

Mounted on a skid or a heavy-duty trailer, the new line of Baldor standby generators are designed for commercial and rental applications where portable power is required. The generators are available from 25kVA/20kW to 175kVA/140kW in single and three phase voltages. Sound attenuating enclosures keep noise levels low. Low oil, high water temperature or overspeed conditions will trigger automatic shutdown and prevent accidental damage to the unit. The automatic start, when paired with an automatic transfer switch, allows you to use the unit as an emergency standby system. Controls for metering, voltage reconnection switch, voltage regulator and receptacles are located behind a lockable control panel door.
