Fresh out of bankruptcy and ready for a revamped image, GM’s president and CEO, Fritz Henderson, has said he plans to now focus on three core priorities: customers, cars and culture. Of course, the first two should be a given, but it’s safe to say that over the years GM has strayed from these simple, yet highly critical points. Henderson plans to change all that, and puts it quite frankly, saying, “Business as usual is over at GM. We must realize this and be prepared to change… fast.”
