Attendance up at this year’s Work Truck Show

Some good news just in for those in the trucking industry: Attendance at The Work Truck Show/Annual NTEA Convention hit a high note on March 3-6, reflecting an 18 percent increase from last year.

In addition to the record attendance, nearly 490 exhibitors filled the show floor, covering almost 500,000 square feet to showcase new vocational trucks, components and equipment.

Could the crowds have convened due to interest in hearing T. Boone Pickens’ action plan? Or could it just be from all those people who wanted to hear Mike Rowe, host of the Discovery Channel’s hit show – Dirty Jobs – give the introductory speech at NTEA’s President’s Breakfast?
