ARTBA sets schedule for LoTrans transportation management and safety virtual conference

The American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) has set its 2015 Local Transportation Management & Safety Virtual Conference (LoTrans) for Nov. 17 from 11 am to 5 pm EST. The program is in its fourth year and there is no charge to register.
