AGC launches project manager development program

In an effort to prepare project managers for successful construction careers, the Associated General Contractors of America has launched the project manager development program (PMDP).

The PMDP curriculum is divided into five components, estimating and job costing, contract administration, project administration, risk management and leadership. The program will be offered by many of the AGC’s 96 chapters around the nation, and can be brought in-house to firms and educational institutions wanting to instruct personnel in construction project management.
