“After years of inaction, we are glad to see that both houses of Congress are now making progress on surface transportation reauthorization. It is critical that lawmakers build on the momentum and work together in a bipartisan manner to complete a new multi-year highway bill that restores certainty to federal infrastructure programs and lays a solid foundation for America’s future economic growth.”
