With the aim of allowing contractors and off-roaders alike to bring along as many tools and other gear wherever needed, A.R.E. Accessories has introduced the HD Series truck cap.

Available for all current model pickups, this fiberglass cap is reinforced by an interior aluminum support framework. A.R.E. says the frame of the cap routes all roof rack and toolbox weight to the bedrail of the truck, nearly tripling load capacities.

The cap supports 550 pounds on its roof rack and 200 pounds in each of its toolboxes.

Side doors are an available option on the cap and open to provide access to the toolbox inserts. Another option is upgrading the side and rear doors with aluminum inserts and foldable t-handles which lock.

Accessories include T-Nut kits for more organized storage inside the cap, the CargoGlide(r), Pickup Vault two-drawer bed storage systems and interior lighting and carpeting.
