Casio’s newest G-Shock watches can do all sorts of things. Their latest one has Bluetooth built in, allowing you to connect to your smartphone and receive notifications. The GWA1000-1A, from Casio’s Aviation series, doesn’t have Bluetooth but we feel it might be a bit more useful on the jobsite. This rugged timepiece is shock absorbent, resisting drops, centrifugal gravitation and vibration. Plus, you don’t have to worry about replacing its battery as its large-capacity rechargeable battery is powered by a solar panel on the watch itself. And if that weren’t enough, you don’t even have to set it thanks to built-in atomic timekeeping that receives calibration signals automatically from up to six transmitters around the world. It even adjusts for leap year and Daylight Savings Time. This might not fit James Bond’s look, but the functionality is certainly his style. Retails for $500, but as of this writing, several sellers on Amazon were selling it at $280.
